Emily Mudick

Emily is a Colorado-based Firefighter/Paramedic and Founder of NTT. Emily most recently served with the Arvada Fire Protection District for five years. She left her position with Arvada to pursue her passion – providing pre-hospital trauma training in Ukraine and to build Nonpareil as a Woman-Owned Small Business. As an urban field paramedic and in her experiences in Ukraine, Emily knows first-hand the need for excellent pre-hospital trauma care knowledge transfer to those who need it the most. Emily has deployed to Ukraine three times since the Invasion in February 2022, serving as a lead trainer in addition to developing the pre-hospital trauma care curriculum that is used widely across Ukraine. Emily has developed and taught curriculum for field whole blood transfusions, advanced field surgical skills, tourniquet application and conversion, prolonged field care, and the full spectrum of Stop the Bleed interventions. Emily is credentialed in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) , Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma. Emily also worked as an Emergency Room Paramedic with the Medical Center of Aurora, a level II trauma center, for 3 years
Mike

Mike is a Colorado-based Paramedic who recently returned from his third trip to Ukraine, where he serves as a Team Lead and pre-hospital trauma care trainer. Mike was previously a paramedic in Fort Worth, Texas, for one year after leaving his career in the Intelligence Community, where he focused on counter-terrorism from 2002-2018. During that time, Mike was assigned to the Army and Navy Tier One Special Mission Units, spending five years with the Naval Special Warfare Development Group. He deployed to Afghanistan 5 times between 2004-2010, Iraq twice, and did his last deployment to Jordan in 2017. As a paramedic, Mike deployed to New York in April 2020 where he worked in Queens for two months in an ICU, to Navajo Nation in December 2020, and has now deployed three times to Ukraine since 2022 to provide pre-hospital trauma training. Mike is a Licensed Paramedic, certified in Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support, he is also a Stop the Bleed Instructor, a PADI-credentialed Rescue Diver, and specializes in teaching advanced trauma interventions.
